Fuel Monitor Pro App Reviews

I used the free app for over a year, without any problems. Then the date selection stopped working for fuel entries. So I decided to pay for the app upgrade. There went my two bucks. The upgrade does the same thing; and, as if that wasnt enough, I cant figure out how to transfer my data without paying another buck; and, theres no support available.

DO NOT BUY. Developers website is offline. This does not bode well for any further development. Add or change date does not work after upgrade. Still waiting for vehicle sort option. UPDATE: now that others have noted the same issue and iOS 9 beta has been around for awhile now, this is beginning to smell like ABANDONWARE.

Some of it is glitchy, but it works well for my purposes.

This app is only 20% being useful. The alert functions are erroneous and I cant turn it off. The menu for service and repair categories are very limited that it is not useful. I cant believe I paid money for it.

App could use a lot of improvements. The fields should be more descriptive. When you add a new service, it ask for month intervals. Not sure what "month intervals" means, but some services are done my miles intervals and not necessarily months. Some things about the app are just ambiguous.

Could use some more preferences like adjusting intervals on maintenance. They are predetermined but some people may choose full synthetic oil with an extended interval oil filter. An adjustable mileage would be nice. Also, if you mileage shows you need new wipers, perhaps an option to extend this another mileage amount because there are still in good shape. Overall, one of the better mileage apps.

I like Fuel Monitor, compared to other options. Its a good app with great graphics and gives you a comprehensive look at how your vehicle is doing, what it all costs you, and what you should plan for. Its not quite a five-star app for two reasons, in my opinion: 1) The backup and sync process are unnecessarily clumsy. Should be an easy way to sync this on your iPhone/iPad/Mac, but as it is you have to download bits of data from one and then try to import that to the other. They are drawing from the same database, so you should be able to export/import all data - fuel, service, repairs - by wifi or the cloud. Except you cant. Too clunky. 2) Customizing service intervals and other reminder-type things should be more user-shaped and better integrated. Other than that, a fine app!

Ive used other fuel tracking apps, but found this one to work best for me.

Does what its supposed to do. No problems so far. No print feature.

I use it to track all fuel purchases and mileage, repairs, and service performed on my car. The dashboard is easy to understand and I really like the reminders when maintenance is coming up due. It would be nice if they could make the maintenance reminders customizable because they dont match the factory intervals.

Very happy with program, helps me maintain vehicle costs, and provides a good record.

I would recommend this app to anyone who drives the vehicle

I use it for my vehicle only. It helps with monitoring trends in daily performance and with scheduled maintenance alerts. For me its working great.

This app would have received five stars but Auto sync for ICloud has not been integrated.

Easy to use. Could have for adjustments to intervals.

Definitely my go to app, for vehicle maintenance. It has very easy UI, and is feature rich. Highly recommended!

Easy to use. I would like for it easier to sync/backup. Also, service to car should be easier. Then it would be 5 star.
