Great program, I've always tracked my cars and trucks. With this I caught a couple of scammers trying to buffalo me into replacing things just completed at another shop months before. Driver beware

Easy tracking of fuel cost and mpg.

Love the app overall, some of the services/repair editing could be easier to access, but that shouldn’t deter one from accessing a great app!

A web interface and the ability to sync my iPhone,iPad and website would make this the perfect app.

I maintain 3 different cars. I drive only one of them. When I periodically put gas into the other two cars, I can see how far out the next service is due. I do 90% of my own maintenance and repairs. So having a section for notes is awesome. I did not realize how little money I was spending on services by doing the work myself (compared to having a garage do it all). I’ve used my data on the app to help determine when tires might need replacing. Love the reminders for cabin and engine air filters. Great for helping me diagnose if my A/C was failing or simply normal leak rate give the years and mileage between top-offs. Backups to cloud and data transfer to new phones is also a great feature they have included that I really love.

I use this for tracking all mileage for all vehicles to understand fuel economy, as well as cost per gallon. this app is a great job of tracking that.

Excellent app keeps track of mileage and maintenance

I upgraded to the Pro version because I enjoyed using the regular Fuel Monitor app and saw an option to migrate my data after purchasing. However, despite multiple attempts, the migration hasn't worked. Each time, it simply redirects me to download the app (which is already installed), and when I click "open," nothing happens. This makes the upgrade useless for my intended purpose. I contacted customer support but haven’t received a response, so I’ve requested a refund since the service isn’t functioning as promised.

This app is user friendly and has everything you need to keep track of you vehicles service

I have been using this app for several years. Love it!! I have tried a couple others but this app is the absolutely best!! If you don’t have this app GET IT as it is the very best. I track 4 vehicles.

Great app. Being using it for 6 years or more now. Use to record fuel for my 18 wheeler, exports data great for fuel reports. easy to use Hint ; record DEF as a separate vehicle

I love the way this app tracks all my expenses.

I had to replace a previous app that was no longer supported. I went looking & found this to be an efficient replacement. So far it's done everything I require to document my vehicles expenses & appease my CPA's needs for my business & personal tax needs. It has helped me keep on top of my mileage, fuel economy & servicing so I don't have to depend on others telling me when & what needs to be done!

Does a superb job. Keeps you on top with required maintenance and mileage information that can tip you off to issues. You can see what your vehicles are actually costing you to drive.

Great app to track fuel and maintenance. Need a line to record where fuel was purchased. Still, this is a pretty good program.

As our family “fleet manager “ spouse & children rely on me to keep track of car’s health and status. Able to track it all, know total costs and plan ahead with FuelMonitor.

I’ve used this for years and find excellent. I have 5 cars I use it for. Exceptional for gas, service, repair. The works.

The monitor works well

App generally works, but inability to enter fuel quantity and cost to 3 decimal places causes calculations to always be off.

Did work just fine, paid subscription to get more options, changed more things and raised the subscription fee and added commercials. Looking for other app currently

I mostly keep track of my MPG. It’s too easy to change from gallons to liters accidentally.

Does what I was looking for and more!

Been using for 8 years or so… best part is keeping track of MPG and enter services like oil changes, etc. Since it has both time and distance, can set oil changes for 12 months or 12k miles, which ever comes first. 4 stars due to price for export (always good to have backup)

This so is a great tool for those small businesses that frack expenses for their end of year reports.

Easy to use for tracking multiple vehicles. I like the way it tracks maintenance and repair costs and history.

I depend on this app to keep track of my auto expenses and it’s fabulous. Easy to use, totally reliable and comprehensive. I know exactly what my autos cost me by day, year and lifetime. I also know what kind of gas mileage I’m getting and if it starts to down, that’s a tip to get car checked out. It’s a great app!

Keeps it all organized and reports are very useful. Give you a sense of what a car costs.

Ease of entry and the ability to see past history of fuel and repair costs make it a winner.

The app is excellent for tracking fuel consumption and other auto costs. 1. Please clear all fields (specifically the cost per gal) when entering a new data point. 2. Please add a PHEV vehicle type.

Simple and easy to keep track of repairs

Vice to have a place to record all the stuff I do with my vehicles. Fuels, oil changes, repairs, any custom service at any scheduled rate with reminders. Awesome.

I use Fuel Monitor for 5 vehicles, 2 ATV’s and 2 trailers. It helps me keep track of everything!

I like it for the most part. But finding where to set the sevice intervals is completely obtuse and impossible to find. For a decent user interface it should be intuitive to find these settings but it’s not, even after doing it a couple of times in the past and trying to update something months later.

Best app to keep track of maintenance and expenses

Quite handy and comprehensive.

Owned it since it was 1st available over multiple vehicles including a 40’ RV. It just plain works!

I’ve written tech support twice with screen shots but no response. I’ll gladly change to 5 stars if I can get a response and have it working. Otherwise I’ll be seeking a refund. Update 2024. Still no response, doesn’t work, fraud.
